About us

Our history

We founded Métrica in 1999 with the vision of being the best consulting company specialized in marketing and commercial management. Under that vision- providing a more analytical and measurable marketing- Métrica Consultoria was born. Our brand reflects the commitment to evaluate and measure returns in everything we do and propose to our customers.

Today, almost two decades later, we are a company positioned and consolidated in the market. Our services have expanded to encompass almost all sectors of the economy.

A very important milestone in our history is the incorporation of Métrica Comunicacion in 2010. Under the leadership of Pablo Cateriano, we decided to expand our portfolio of services and include the management of our clients’ corporate reputation. And, this 2018, we have created our third business unit: Métrica Digital, dedicated to developing, executing and monitoring strategies in the digital space.

Although we are very satisfied with what has been achieved, we believe that we still have a lot of space to continue advancing and growing. We have the talent and passion that are required to do so.

Timeline

The history of Métrica

The beginning of Métrica

December 1, 1999 – Métrica is founded under the leadership of Julio Luque, Fernando Chiappe y Pablo Montalbetti.

Our first client

January 1, 2000 – Métrica Consultoría wins its first customer.

A new home

February 1, 2002 – Métrica moves to the center of the Business Center in San Isidro (Abtao Park).

Métrica Comunicación is created

April 30, 2010 – The creation of Métrica Comunicación, a Public Relations agency, is announced. Pablo Cateriano joins Métrica as partner and CEO of the new unit.

Brand makeover

November 1, 2010 – A new identity change is made after the merger of Métrica Consultoría and Métrica Comunicación, companies that share the same values and principles under the same brand umbrella: Métrica.

Métrica celebrates its 12th anniversary

September 20, 2011 – Métrica celebrated its 12th anniversary in the Peruvian market by offering a cocktail for customers at the Huaca Pucllana facilities.

Julio Luque, ANDA Grand Prix for excellence

April 1, 2011 – The National Association of Advertisers (ANDA) recognizes the trajectory and contribution of the Metrica founder in the world of marketing and communications.

Métrica Comunicación wins ANDA award

April 29, 2013 – Métrica Comunicación wins the best Best Public Relations Agency in Peru award. Métrica Comunicación also received the Best Advertiser award in a Public Relations Campaign with a campaign carried out for Nestlé Peru.

Ada Hanke, new partner and CEO of Métrica Consultoría

May 1, 2014 – After seven years with the team, Ada Hanke becomes a Partner and CEO of Metrica Consultoría and takes charge of the management of the company.

5 years anniversary of Métrica Comunicación

June 1, 2015 – A corporate breakfast was held to celebrate the first five years of Métrica Comunicación. «Megatrends for the next 5 years» was the theme shared. The appointment took place at the Belmond Hotel in Miraflores Park together with clients, allies and collaborators.
